The score is the ear. That is how we know it opened.
We watch the crust, not the clock. A loaf is done when it sounds hollow and smells like grain, not like hurry. Come when you can. We will tell you what is left.
Lasa Drive is a short street. We are on it.
325 Lasa Drive, St. Augustine. Pull in, come to the door, take bread home. If the lights are on, we are in the flour.
