Pancakes and wafflesWhole grain or spelt flour, with a fruit medley or nuts and bananas.

French toastWith a fruit medley or nuts and bananas.

Breakfast burritoWhole wheat tortilla, scrambled eggs or tofu, hummus, cheese, sweet potato, onions, mushrooms, sprouts, avocado, and salsa.

Scrambled tofuScrambled with veggies. Toast plus salad, hash browns, or grits.

Lunch

Hummus pitaHummus, tomato, cheese, sprouts, and house dressing.

Veggie burgerBlack beans, oats, rice, vegetables, and spelt flour. Sprouts, tomato, onion, avocado, ketchup, mustard, cheese.

Tofu ReubenBaked tofu with red cabbage, sauerkraut, tomato, cheese, sprouts, and mustard.

Veggie burritoWhole wheat tortilla with hummus, cheese, veggies, sweet potato, avocado, sprouts, and salsa.

Cajun tofu or chickenSauteed with cabbage, carrots, onions, salsa, and sprouts. We also make a pita pizza, stir fry, and tofu salad.

We have been in St. Augustine for many years. We keep a community board for flyers, booklets, newsletters, and cards. The window on SR-16 also lists vegan options, gluten-free menu items, fresh carrot juice, and smoothies. Desserts we name: key lime pie, chocolate tofu pie, cookies of the day.
